Music Through The Bars is a music workshop program intervention designed and delivered by Maxwell D in prisons, schools, colleges and universities across the country and online mentoring around the world.

The workshop was started in 2019 in order to give people the skills, knowledge & experience to enter into the music industry and share the same love & passion for music. With their own talent combined with these tools & resources from Maxwell D’s mentorship, anyone taking the program will gain a valuable head start and understanding into all areas of the music industry.

This workshop was designed to empower people from all backgrounds to take part in music using their voice or instruments and their own creativity.

The ultimate aim of rehabilitaton is to provide the individual with opportunties with full and effective participation and inclusion in society, including studying, working & access to all services the same bases as other citizens. At Music Through the Bars we do just that with the power of music.

Music Through The Bars also runs events and seminars with interactive elements to educate, inspire and enrich those who attend.
